Thursday Wine Experience x cantina vietti
On Thursday, 22 October, at 8:00 pm, Divinity Restaurant welcomes Cantina Vietti for a new edition of the Thursday Wine Experience, bringing together the wines of Piedmont and the restaurant’s cuisine.
Founded in the late nineteenth century in Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of the Langhe, Vietti tells a story of passion, vision and a deep connection to the land.
A journey in which winemaking tradition, experimentation and artistic sensibility intertwine, creating wines that express the distinctive identity of their vineyards.
The evening begins with tapas and a welcome aperitif, followed by a five-course dinner thoughtfully designed to showcase the featured Vietti wines through pairings that bring out their character and nuances.
Guests will gather around a shared table for a maximum of 20 people: an opportunity to share a passion for wine and food in an elegant, convivial setting.
October in Rome
Starting October 4th, Divinity Restaurant celebrates the tradition of Roman Octobrates with a new Sunday an event dedicated to the authentic flavors of the Castelli Romani, the excellence of the area, and the pleasure of being together around the table.
Welcoming guests are a welcome bubble and a selection of the most authentic and representative specialties of the Lazio region, brought to the table directly by the producers of the Castelli Romani, with a selection of Cibaria.
The producer’s appetizer will open the lunch, followed by a dedicated menu, different every Sunday, which celebrates the region’s seasonality and gastronomic traditions through dishes, ingredients, and flavors.
